Apprentice IT Systems Technology (f/m/d) (40h)
Your Tasks
- Together with our IT team, you offer first-level and application support to staff members and students
- You manage and service hardware and software such as computers, printers, copiers, smartphones, media control systems, networks, etc.
- You assist colleagues in technical problems
- You get to know programming tools and simple programming methods as well as server systems and corporate IT landscapes
- You introduce staff members to the systems and help create training documents

Our offer to you
- Apprenticeship of four years (40 weekly working hours) with the option of completing it with “Matura” (Austrian university entrance qualification)
- Apprenticeship wage according to Uni-KV 2025: 1st year: € 1,042.60 / 2nd year: € 1,240.80 / 3rd year: € 1,467.40 / 4th year: € 1,806.80
