Shareholders of Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften St. Pölten GmbH (abbreviated as USTP) are:

• at 74 % St. Pölten Universities Holding GmbH (FN 467878 g), whose sole owner is the provincial capital St. Pölten and
• at 26 % the province of Lower Austria.
