USTP has been awarded the “Leading Employer Austria 2026” quality seal. The award is based on an independent meta-analysis of employee reviews, studies, audits and other data sources.

USTP holds the basic certificate of the “University and Family” initiative. Family-friendly benefits include free childcare at certain times and a parent-child room at the St. Pölten campus. Depending on the area of work, flexible working hours and remote work provide additional flexibility. Employees also benefit from additional days off on Good Friday and from 24 to 31 December.

We have set up a contact point for international employees to provide non-German-speaking employees with the best possible support when they join us. This offers support with all organisational and administrative matters, such as legal issues (visas, entry and residence), relocation and finding accommodation, as well as life and everyday life in Austria. Language courses can also be organised.
