Dual Programme

Bachelor programme Smart Engineering of Production Technologies and Processes

Working and Studying in the Dual Study Programme

Smart Engineering is organised as a part-time and dual study programme – which means that studying and working are even more closely interconnected than in other degree programmes. Practice and training blocks in cooperating companies are fixed components of the curriculum.

Depending on your current employment relationship, there are 2 possible versions:

Version 1: Your employer as educational partner

Version 2: You become an employee in one of our educational partner companies

Success Model: Dual Study Programme

During your studies, you don’t just acquire state-of-the-art expertise – more than that, you also put your knowledge directly into practice within your company.

Our industry partners benefit greatly from training their employees at the higher education level, the resulting transfer of knowledge, and the early involvement of students in their companies.
