Project Office

The Project Office of USTP guides and manages projects aimed at further developing academic operations and organisational structures, particularly with regard to the digitisation of processes.

In doing so, we combine professional project management with in-depth knowledge of our institution’s processes and requirements. Together with our departments, service units, and decision-making bodies, we develop and implement solutions to further advance USTP.

Our Focus

The Project Office coordinates in-house projects with regard to studies and organisation. Research projects lie within the responsibility of USTP’s research institutes and centres.
