This information event takes place every spring at the USTP – University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten. The aim is to prepare students and young professionals for their career entry and to support them in a successful application process – regardless of whether it is a (compulsory) internship or a permanent position. Experts are available for talks and advice. In the form of various workshops and coaching sessions, the topics regarding a successful application process will be dealt with in depth.

• Job interview
• Labour and social law advice
• Salary negotiation
• Career coaching and motivation analysis
• Personal branding

The event will be accompanied by a varied framework programme such as a photo shoot with a make-up artist for the perfect application photo. The Career Café powered by AK Young will provide refreshments and (vegan-friendly) sweet snacks for a short break.

The event is organised in cooperation with the Gender & Diversity Officer of USTP and will take place during the week of International Women's Day. Some parts of the erfolgreich.bewerben programme are exclusively accessible for women*inter*trans*.
