• Innovation: You learn methods and processes of innovation, entrepreneurship, and storytelling to successfully manage transformation and create impact in different contexts.
• Research: You gain full competence in scientific work - from research design and methodology to academic writing, publishing, and presenting. The goal is to enable you to conduct and communicate research at a high level.
• Digitalisation: You explore key topics such as artificial intelligence, data governance, and digital ethics. Teaching takes place in small groups with international lecturers from research and practice. Throughout the programme, you continuously develop your own research project.
