In this part-time master degree programme, special importance is attached to the acquisition of specialist competencies in the fields of management & strategy, digitalisation & innovation, and sustainability.
In addition, the students enjoy a sound economic and practice-oriented education including digital skills. These provide an important basis for a management career in companies, in (non-profit) institutions, or in the public sector and support management activities with regard to greening, sustainability, and digitalisation.

Opportunities for specialisation
Students choose two out of three specializations, but if interested, they may also take all three.
Business Process & Strategy
Business models/processes, strategy, and organisation as well as personnel and organisational development are the key topics of this specialisation.
The students work on and solve assignments from corporate practice with regard to process design and digital transformation.
CSR & ESG Management
This specialisation addresses the areas of law & compliance (including ESG and reporting rules), ethics & CSR, life cycle assessment, value creation & circular economy (interdisciplinary perspectives on sustainability and greening), and corporate communications & reporting.
Digital Project & Innovation Management
In this specialisation, the focus is on information management & digital transformation, computational thinking, data management, and digital project management.
