As a graduate, you will have advanced professional, pedagogical and research-informed competences. You take on group leadership roles in early years education and care settings, support children and their families professionally, and actively shape educational and developmental processes.

You also collaborate with education partners, contribute to social and community-based educational responsibilities, and support quality development within the professional field.

In every area of work, you contribute to the ongoing development and professionalisation of early childhood education.

The bachelor’s programme is designed to be compatible with employment: you study on three full days per week, allowing you to combine your studies with professional work
