Starting Your Studies at USTP

A quick guide for international students beginning their first semester.

Starting your studies is always exciting. With the right preparation, you can begin your semester feeling confident and well prepared.

Here are some useful tips and information to help you get started at USTP – University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten.

1. Everything You Need in One App

Install the Studo App on your Smartphone.

It gives you access to everything you need in one place: courses, event calendar, Campus news, and much more. You can also chat with your fellow students.

You will need your university login credentials. First-semester students receive these during enrolment – once you have them, you’re ready to go!

2. Find Your Way Around Campus

The Campus St. Pölten has two buildings, which are connected on all floors.

Option 2: Continuously Illuminated Pathway

Take the “Gewerkschaftsplatz” exit and follow the route shown on the map below.

Your first point of contact:

The Campus and Study Center, in short CSC,  is your go-to place for anything you need on Campus. The team is happy to help with topics such as your Campus Card, parking permits, lost & found, and more.

Where can you find the CSC? On the ground floor of building B, clearly visible on the right-hand side when entering through the main entrance.

What is the WIFI password?

3. Make the Most of Student Life
