The Campus and Study Center is the USTPs’ central point of contact and offers first-level support to different target groups such as students, lecturers, guests, and staff.

With its service- and solution-oriented approach, the CSC always strives to process the various requests in a fast and uncomplicated manner. We are constantly working to further improve our services and are glad to receive constructive feedback.

The CSC’s main areas of responsibility include:

• Initial consultation for prospective students
• Telephone switchboard
• Organisation of incoming and outgoing mail
• Management of Campus Cards, keys, and parking permits
• Management and issue of merchandising articles
• Management and issue of printed materials
• Management and issue of remote teaching equipment
• Rental of various articles including moderation kits, presenters, table tennis bats, etc.
• Booking of rooms for teaching and learning
• Lost & found box
• Organisation of optional subjects
• Organisation of enrolment
• Organisation of online applications and updating of application information
• Central examination of admission requirements for BA and MA programmes
• Organisation and execution of the central admission procedure
• Organisation of preparatory and bridging courses
• Campus support (setup and dismantling of equipment for events, management of seminar rooms and assembly halls, responsibility for the company car)

Opening Hours

During the summer months, adjusted opening hours apply.

Summer Opening Hours (6 July – 31 August 2026)

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 am – 1:00 pm

Regular Opening Hours (until 5 July and from 1 September)<(p>

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
• Friday: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm
• Saturday: 07:30 am – 12:00 pm
